OneKartz Seller Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Onekartz, a multi-vendor eCommerce platform that allows sellers to list and sell their products without any commission.

By registering as a seller on Onekartz, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your seller account.

OneKartz – a seller-friendly marketplace built to help you grow with ease and transparency. By registering as a seller, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

To sell on OneKartz, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Provide valid KYC/business documents.

  • Own a valid bank account for payouts.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and taxation norms.

  • You must provide accurate business and product information.
  • OneKartz reserves the right to verify your details and may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information.

    • Sellers are responsible for correct product names, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
    • Products must not violate copyright, trademark, or local/international regulations.
    • OneKartz reserves the right to remove any non-compliant listings.

    • OneKartz automatically adds the shipping cost to your listed price, so the buyer sees a final price inclusive of delivery.
    • you are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly, unless enrolled in a OneKartz logistics plan.
    • Sellers must provide accurate shipment tracking information.

    • You control the base price of your product; OneKartz adjusts the selling price by adding applicable shipping charges.
    • There is no commission fee on sales – what you earn (excluding taxes) is yours.
    • OneKartz deducts TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Indian tax regulations.
    • Payouts are processed on a weekly basis directly to your registered bank account.

    • Sellers must adhere to OneKartz's return policy.

    • In the case of wrong, damaged, or incomplete orders, sellers are responsible for replacement or refund.

    • If OneKartz handles logistics, returns are managed directly by the platform.

    • Sellers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax regulations (e.g., GST filing).
    • OneKartz deducts TDS from payouts as required by law and provides documentation for tax filing.
